Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words by Hannah

Jason and I booked our wedding photographer today. His name is Ted and he is one of the main photographers of Kevin Lee Studio, which focuses mainly on wedding photography. Ted actually photographed our engagement shoot, which actually took place before we were engaged. Hahah.

We actually saw a sneak preview of the engagement shoot (which took place in mid-January). We will get the final digital copies of it Sunday, so I'll post it sometime next week.

Check out their wedding photos at their website: http://kevinleestudio.com/

P.S. If you haven't seen all of the pictures of Jason proposing to me (as some of you have mentioned) you can visit the WonhoPhoto blog OR if you're my friend on FB, click http://www.facebook.com/album.php?page=1&aid=2153873&id=30508720 and you'll get to see them all :)

Thanks for reading!

Meet the best man

This is Dave Kim, he is my best man.

Why are you wincing Dave?

Oh that's right, because yesterday I dropped a car on your leg.

Luckily we pulled the car off of him and got him to the hospital. Fortunately he was wearing his UCR sweater so I can tell you that he went to UCR.

What's your birthday by the way Dave?

Why, February 27th is right around the corner! Happy Birthday soon Dave. Will you still have two legs on your birthday? Let's ask the doctor...

Uh oh. That doesn't look good Doc, you think you can fix him up for me?

Thanks Doc, that's a lot better.

What's that you say Doc? He's going to still have both legs? We don't need to get pa and them out of the shed for an amputation? That's leg-slappin' good news.

What do you think about that Dave?

Thanks buddy, I knew you'd understand.

Anyways for more photos of our wonderful best man adventures see our facebook albums:

And so the wedding continues with still a whole retinue of groomsmen.

Important Dates by Hannah

I know I still haven't put up the proposal story. I've been both lazy and super busy. I'll probably do it later when I want to procrastinate some more. Right now, in honor of our one-week engagement anniversary (which doesn't make sense because anniversaries mark yearly milestones), I'll give you guys a run down of the important dates in Jason and my relationship.

August 24 or 31, 2006: First met @ KCM BBQ at the barbecue pits by PSX (Can someone confirm the date? Hahah). NOTE: This picture was not taken that day. Hahaha. Can anyone guess the year?

December 22, 2008: Jason tells Hannah that he likes her, aka Slumdog Millionaire Day

January 21, 2009: First date: Honey Pig 꿀돼지 in Koreatown. Jason talks about marriage. Seriously.

January 29, 2009: Jason and Hannah start officially dating.

February 18, 2009: Hannah leaves to study-abroad in Korea.

June 22, 2009: Hannah comes back to America!!!!

My first post by Jason

I don't know what to post so I will post whatever I read in my QTs about marriage.

The first one:

Proverbs 21:19
Better to live in a desert
than with a quarrelsome and ill-tempered wife.

Luckily Hannah is not quarrelsome or ill-tempered, but if she ever is I'll now know exactly where to go...

Feeling Different by Hannah

People ask me if I feel different now that I'm engaged. The answer is yes. For example, I now have an intense fear of sinks.

Why? Because whenever I wash my hands, wash my face, or get ready to take a shower, I have to take off my ring. And then I have the fear that my ring will slip down that tiny hole and be lost. Now I always check to see if sinks have some sort of grill or straining thing that will block large objects (like diamond engagement rings) from slipping in.

Anyway, here are some cool sinks I found while looking for pictures of sinks for this blog.

Wedding Blog by Hannah

I'm engaged! Hahahah.

This website (the layout of which is a work in progress) will chronicle my last few months as a Kim. It'll be where I talk about wedding ideas, planning, and cute romantic things Jason did for me. I'll post things like pictures and stories, including the proposal!

Stay tuned :)
