Save me, San Francisco

Last weekend, Jason and I went up to San Francisco to visit my dad's side of the family. We went up Friday morning and came down Saturday night. It was pretty tiring but super fun. Here's a look :)

This was after our late lunch stop @ Pea Soup Andersen's. Delicious pea soup, with everything overpriced.

Random facts:
- The soundtrack for our trip were "Hey, Soul Sister" and "Save Me, San Francisco" by Train. Stuck in my head the entire time.
- Jason drives really really slow. Hahahaha. But he helped my daddy drive a lot :)
- I got addicted to Peggle, an iPhone game

We arrived in San Francisco late Friday afternoon. We got free gifts: a rug for our new place and a set of speakers, and then met up with my family. We had really really good Korean BBQ. Then we hung out my uncle's house (I played Peggle, Jason finished up a sermon), and then we all knocked out.

We left the next morning. We had delicious bagels (lox + cream cheese + onions), and then visited my grandparent's graveyard where we paid our respects. Then we started down to Monterey and the PCH. A long, LONG drive, but very beautiful. Here come the pictures!

On the 17-mile drive :) Mommy and daddy are cute.

My fiance is silly. He thinks he is a sailor.

The lone cypress. The most photographed tree in the world.

Eating by the world famous Pebble Beach golf course. The 2010 U.S. Open will be played here.

Jason is now part of the family!!!!

It was super fun! Yay for family bonding time. I almost cried with joy when my dad said, while we were driving down, "This is the happiest weekend of my life."
